Ireland vacations are one of a kind, join in on the craic*, book today!

*Craic – the term for news, gossip, fun, entertainment, and enjoyable conversation, particularly prominent in Ireland.

*Hurling – outdoor team game of ancient Gaelic and Irish heritage.

  • Dublin

To begin with, your first destination is none other than, the Fair City! Ireland vacations are not complete without a stay in Dublin. Unlike other cities in Ireland, Dublin is always buzzing, no matter what day or time of the week. Hundreds of great bars in this city means you’re guaranteed to find a bit of craic* anywhere. As soon as you arrive, you will notice that there’s not a shortage of things to do here. Sip over a Guinness in Temple Bar, or better yet, visit the Guinness Store House. If Guinness isn’t your thing, do not worry, as you can also visit the Jameson Whiskey Distillery. The Kilmainham Gaol located here closed in 1924 and is one of the biggest unoccupied gaols in Europe!
  • Wicklow Way OR Kilkenny and Wexford

Wicklow Way – In summary, Wicklow now part of a network of long-distance and self-guided walking tours. It combines a variety of scenic experiences, some of which are in truly remote upland areas. With mountains, glacial valleys and upland lakes, mountain streams and farmland, you’re sure to have a breathtaking experience. The Wicklow Way begins in Dublin’s southern suburb of Rathfarnham and travels in a south-westerly direction across the Dublin and Wicklow uplands, then through the rolling hill country of southwest County Wicklow to finish in the small, County Carlow village of Clonegal 127 kilometers later. A unique option for vacations in Ireland. OR Kilkenny – Evidently, the Marble City has heritage, hurling* and some of the best festival tickets on the emerald isle. As a matter of fact, Kilkenny has some of the best-kept shopping secrets and bars. Once you’re here, you will not want to leave! Wexford – Basically, the stunning beaches and idyllic harbor towns are why Irish locals have been holidaying here for years. Only recently, have many tourists discovered the beauty of County Wexford. History lovers can visit the Dunbrody Famine Ship where they can learn about the Irish immigrant experience.
  • Cork

Following on, you will arrive in the culinary capital of Ireland. Before you visit this city on one of the best Ireland vacations ever, be aware that locals will encourage you to gorge on cheese, chocolate, and seafood, if you go to the English Market. Additionally, Cork provides you with an opportunity to experience life in the 19th and 20th century at the Cork City Gaol. It offers a unique insight into the history of Cork, both in and out of the prison walls. With amazing local tours, beautiful seaside towns and popular day trips such as the Titanic Experience, you will have a lot to cover in a few days! Ireland is filled with myths and magic, therefore you need to visit Blarney Castle. Home to the famous Blarney Stone, which according to legend, holds the power to bless anyone who kisses it with the ‘gift of the gab’.
  • Kilarney

Undeniably, Killarney is your stereotypical Irish town and is one of the most picturesque towns on the South West of Ireland. For that reason, it’s on the list of things to do for tourists! Overall, Killarney is one of the perfect starting points for getting out to explore some of Ireland’s most beautiful natural attractions. So, be sure to have attractions such as Kerry Way walking trail, Ring of Kerry and Killarney national park on your list! Killarney is a great town with cozy pubs and a lot of stores sell local handicrafts. Vacations in Ireland require you to buy as many souvenirs as possible!
  • Tralee

Although Tralee is more engaged with everyday life than the tourist trade, it is still a down-to-earth town which makes it well worth a stop. Kerry’s number one holiday day destination, Banna strand is located in this county town, Miles of open, unspoiled and charming beach to walk along. Seeing that you will be spending a few days here, witness the postcard-worthy Dingle Peninsula on your very own guided tour! Follow the coastal trail on windswept cliffs and coastlines, where you will find fresh seafood and tips on where the locals go.
  • Galway

Straightaway, you will understand why Galway attracts A LOT of visitors each year. Those tangled lanes lined with color shopfronts that curve around Galway Bay create that picture-perfect city. Formerly a fishing village, Galway has reinvented itself into a vibrant and bustling destination. The city is famed far and wide for its pubs alone! Join the friendly locals as they welcome you in with open arms and bounce from one pub to the next. One thing’s for certain, there is plenty of craic* to be had! Enjoy the high-spirited trad songs pouring from the pubs.
  • Westport

Otherwise known as the Riviera of the Wild Atlantic Way. The lack of Mediterranean sunshine is made up for by a genuine, warm welcome of the locals living here. Westport rivals any Riviera town, the rugged beach-laden coastline is the envy of mainland Europe. Despite the odd grey day, this bustling, vibrant, colorful and cultural town has plenty of charm. Once you arrive, look out for the humpback whales roaming the seas.
  • Belfast

Despite the tragic end of the Titanic, Belfast residents are incredibly proud of their association with it and have a ‘Quarter’ and museum dedicated to the ship. Unlike the rest of Ireland, Northern Irish folks have a unique accent that may be difficult to understand, but that will not stop them from doing their best to show you a good time. Nonetheless, it’s a beautiful city! Covered in murals demonstrating the difficult and wonderful times that Belfast has had over the last number of years. Before you go, take a tour to the Game of Thrones Filming locations, The Iron Islands, Winterfell, and The Twins! (Ps, everyone you meet will tell you they have featured as an extra in the show).
  • Derry

Without a doubt, the second-largest city in Northern Ireland continues to flourish as a cultural hub. In fact, the city center received a striking makeover for its year as UK City of Culture 2013! The Peace Bridge, Ebrington Sq, and the redevelopment of the waterfront and Guildhall area make the most of the city’s splendid riverside setting. Absorb the history from the minute you arrive, from the Siege of Derry to the Battle of the Bogside and Bloody Sunday.
